Purpose and permission

AccurateSEO requests the Google Business Profile business.manage permission to discover manageable accounts and locations, read location reviews, and publish a review reply that a permitted user explicitly approves and publishes. Google defines this permission broadly; AccurateSEO currently uses only these functions. It does not edit your profile, create posts, delete locations or change ownership.

Your control

Choose an existing business record, authorize Google access, and select a location. Synchronization and publication are separate user actions. No scheduled Google content publishing is enabled. Revised replies invalidate previous approvals. You can disconnect in Integrations → Google Business Profile, or remove AccurateSEO access through your Google Account connections page.

Storage and deletion

Access and refresh tokens are encrypted. Google review cache retention is capped at 30 days; expiry hides the data and scheduled cleanup removes the source and related reply content. Disconnect removes cached reviews and attempts token revocation. If Google cannot be reached, access stays disabled locally and revocation is retried. Disconnect may also revoke other grants associated with the same Google authorization. Short-lived account-selection metadata expires in 10 minutes.

Restricted uses

We do not sell Google data, use it for ad targeting, train general-purpose AI with it, or send live Google review text to external AI providers. Permanent review aggregates are not included in saved SEO scorecards. Business records used for description analysis and schema generation are entered by customers, not copied from Google during live connection.
